Resumen
The Royal Decreto-ley 23/2020, of 23 june, certain measures on energy and other Areas for economic recovery, established the obligation to develop a regulatory framework for a restorative electric power generation from renewable sources of energy based on recognition of a long-term price for energy.
In fulfilment of that mandate was adopted royal decree 960/2020, of 3 november, which the property of renewable energy for production facilities of electrical energy, which established a restorative framework for the generation of electricity from renewable sources of energy, so-called economic regime, renewable energy sources, based on recognition of a long-term price for energy.
In the implementation of article 4 of the royal decree 960/2020 of 3 november, was adopted order TED/1161/2020, of 4 december, which regulates the first auction mechanism for the granting of the economic system of renewable energy, and lays down the indicative timetable for the period 2020-2025.
Article 4.2 of the royal decree 960/2020, of 3 november, establishes that auctions developed under the ministerial order will be convened by resolution of the individual holder of the ministry of energy, which will appear in the Official state gazette. In addition, article 4.2 of the order TED/1161/2020, of 4 december, determines that specific restorative parameters will be established in that resolution.
According to this law, this resolution calls for the third tender for the granting of the economic system of renewable energy, which establishes a product first addressed to the facilities of electric power generation from renewable sources of energy composed of one or several of the technologies included in the groups and subgroups b.1.2, b.3, b.4, b.5, b.6 and b.7, b.8, a quota of a product of 360 MW and a second product aimed at generating photovoltaic installations with a local character of the subgroup b.1.1, a quota of product 140 MW, according to the definitions in article 2.1 of the royal decree 413/2014, of 6 june.
It has been sent to the national commission on the markets and competition and to report to it by that agency is made of hearing procedure through the Consultative Council of electricity.
